If your payment goes through PayPal and is a direct payment, PAYPAL will notify the seller within 2 days of the order. We unfortunately do not know of the order until this notice is received by PayPal. If you need a shipment to go out right away, please contact customer service so they can go into the PayPal system to retrieve the order and ship before we receive the notification from PayPal.
If you place a PayPal order that is paid with an e-check, this is like writing a check. PayPal will not release the funds until the buyers bank has cleared payment and sent those fund to PayPal. These orders will not ship until the payment is sent to our company by PayPal which usually takes 5-7 business days.
Once you commit to placing an order with PayPal, that is a valid order in our system that holds product for you until your e-check clears with PayPal. If the buyer creates an order by using the PayPal e-check payment, then cancels that payment transaction with PayPal after the payment process has been started and without any secondary payment, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

WHEN DOES MY ITEM SHIP OUT?

We ship as soon as possible.
In stock items ship same business day to next business day depending on the time of order. Unfortunatley, PayPal orders are handled by the PayPal system and do not come in to our sytem as soon as the order is placed. They take a few hours up to 1 day for PayPal to notify us of the order. If you pay with PayPal and need something shipped overnight 2 day or 3 day, please call in after your order is placed to notify customer service of the order.

These are in stock with the manufacture and will ship to you within a week unless otherwise stated in the item description. (For example, out of stock gloves that are hand made take 1-4 weeks to be make, depending on the season.)

Non expedited, promotional low shippnig rate. Order ships best way, or via the stated UPS SurePost shipping. Time in transit is an ESTIMATED (NOT GAURANTEED) Aprox. 1-2 weeks from the date of shipping, NOT the date of the order. This is the cheapest shipping we can offer, so if you need your order fast, this is not recommended. WHAT IF I NEED IT SOONER?
Expedited shipping is available at the actual cost charged according to the total weight of the order and the destination address. Real time quote. Expedited services are USPS: Express mail, Overnight, 2 day and 3 day.
Priority mail and UPS Ground are NOT expedited services.

- Other will come from the MFG to our warehouse before they are shipped to your location, as all manufactures do not ship internationally.
Our system is not set up to charge your credit card once you hit " Submit your order." This means your card is not automatically charged when that order is placed. However, Your credit card will be charged within 1-8 hours of placing your order.
Once the invoice ID number is given to you ( or order # ) that invoice is sent to our secure processing center, where the order is checked for any errors in the order, shipping fees, or to verify correct shipping fees are being calculated before the credit card is charged.

* ADULT CUSTOM BOOTS, EXOTIC BOOTS:in stock will ship direct via UPS only from MFG delivery 1-3 weeks.
* PRE-ORDER BOOTS are listed as such and will state the amount of time the pre-order delivery date will be. (i.e: 60-90days from date of order)

GIFT SHIP-TO ADDRESS INFO:
We are unable to gift wrap items or include greeting cards.

When an item ships to another party, other then the card holder, WE NEVER INCLUDE PRICES. We simply include exchange or return information and who the package is being sent from (the billing customer)

THE WILD COWBOY is located in the state of California. Therefore, any orders that are shipped to CALIFORNIA no matter what state you live in, are required by law to be charged the CALIFORNIA STATE Sales tax.
If you live in California, and have your order ship to another state, there is no sales tax charged to your order, only when you ship to California.

COWBOY HATS are commonly received back smashed due to poor packing. If you are returning a cowboy hat please pack properly to insure safe return. We can not refund or exchange on damaged items received back to the warehouse.

* DO NOT Send back any merchandise without first having a Return Authorization issued from TheWildCowboy.com. The Return Authorization tells us who the return is from. Without that information, we do not know who or where the package is from, and who to refund or exchange.
* Items sent back without a return authorization (RA#) will be refused.
* Do not send returns back to the manufacturer of any products. The manufacturer does not have your information, and can not assist you.
* All returns must be sent back to the warehouse address you will be given at time of request for the RA from The Wild Cowboy, the company you purchased from.
All address information will be provided at the time the RA is issued via email from our company.

LARGE GROUP ORDERS ONLY
Orders for Theaters or Groups, Groups being very large quantities of the same items for matching a group, (i.e. 15+ HATS &/or 15+ shirts) are considered to be a large group order.
Orders in this category can not be accepted back for a refund.
EXCHANGE of sizes are allowed.
Large orders that have been discounted are at final sale only.
No returns are accepted for orders under this category
* Returns will be processed with ten (10) business days of receipt. Business days does not include weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered.
* Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect on your credit card statement. This is not our policy, this is the policy the credit card companies have asked us to relay to customers when asked how long does it take for the refund to show up on the card.
* PayPal refunds go directly into your PayPal account. We, the seller do not have any other information. If you paid with a credit card on PayPal's system, only PayPal has that information. Our refund to you goes to your PayPal account.

WHEN THE CUSTOMER SENDS BACK MERCHANDISE:
* It must be in new condition. Show no signs of wear and have the original tags if applicable on the product.
Any items received back not intact or signs of wear will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
* It is the responsibility of the customer to send product back at your cost.
WE HIGHLY SUGGEST TRACKING AND INSURANCE WITH YOUR RETURN. We can not refund or exchange items we do not receive, or receive in damaged condition.
* We will ship back exchanges 1 time for the customer with the following conditions: * U.S. residents only.
* NO EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY. A new order must be placed if you desire to exchanges. Credit will be issued on the item being returned as long as it is in new, unused condition.
* U.S.CUSTOMERS ONLY: Free shipping is granted to Exchanges for 'like items' only.
If your exchange is for an adult hat and the origional purchase was for a child hat, you will pay the difference in cost to ship the adult hat.
* Free shipping exchanges are only good for -1- exchange. Additional exchanges will be at the cost of the customer.
* If your order is sent to any other address, other then the one given to you at the time the RA was issued, The Wild Cowboy will not receive your return.
* RETURNS SENT BACK TO THE PO BOX CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED. THE POST OFFICE WILL NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES AT THE PO BOX.
* IF YOU ARE SHIPPING ANY ITEMS BACK VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Priority mail boxes are free at the post office
* ON REFUNDS: WE CAN ONLY REFUND THE PURCHASE AMOUNT. Shipping is not refunded back to our company, so we can not refund it back to the customer. If you return a product for full refund, shipping will not be refunded.
WE APOLOGIZE, BUT MERCHANDISE RECEIVED BACK IN DAMAGED CONDITION CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER. If you purchased insurance on your package, and the damage is caused by the carrier, then that insurance can be claimed for loss
