The shipping fee depends solely on your location, and the weight of the item(s) via US POSTAL PRIORITY MAIL. Charges are not determined by the dollar amount of the order.
Once your shipping address information is entered in to the system, The shipping fee is calculated directly from usps.com ( US Postal Priority mail) website and is based on the weight of the item(s) only. Shipping costs start at aprox $6.83 depending on your location.

COWBOY BOOT ORDERS
All boots listed online as a '7-10 day delivery time' come in from the MFG. They arrive to the customer within that time period. Holidays not included. Canada orders take aprox. 6 days longer.
IF YOU NEED YOUR BOOTS IN A HURRY, They will ship from the MFG via UPS.
EXPIDITED ORDERS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES. EXPEDITED COWBOY BOOT orders only may have to ship via UPS, which would be a higher cost then Express mail.NOTE:
Our system is not set up to charge your credit card once you hit " Submit your order." This means your card is not automatically charged when that order is placed. However, Your credit card will be charged within 1-8 hours of placing your order.
Once the invoice ID number is given to you ( or order # ) that invoice is sent to our secure processing center, where the order is checked for any errors in the order, shipping fees, or if you are in Canada, to verify correct shipping fees are being calculated before the credit card is charged.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE MERCHANDISE YOU ARE RETURNING.
We will not accept items back that have been used or worn.
If any items are listed as "not eligible for return or refund" they can not be returned or refunded and are only eligible for replacement of same product if found to be defective.
COWBOY HATS are commonly received back smashed due to poor packing. If you are returning a cowboy hat please pack properly to insure safe return. We can not refund or exchange on damaged items received back to the warehouse.

RETURN POLICY

* DO NOT Send back any merchandise without first having a Return Authorization issued from TheWildCowboy.com. The Return Authorization tells us who the return is from. Without that information, we do not know who or where the package is from, and who to refund or exchange.
* Items sent back without a return authorization (RA#) will be refused.
* Do not send returns back to the manufacturer of any products. The manufacturer does not have your information, and can not assist you.
* All returns must be sent back to the warehouse address you will be given at time of request for the RA from The Wild Cowboy, the company you purchased from.
All address information will be provided at the time the RA is issued via email from our company.
* RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT DATE. **INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 45 Days from receipt.
ANY ITEMS RECEIVED BACK AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN or EXCHANGE.
* Returns will be processed with ten (10) business days of receipt. Business days does not include weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered.
* Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect on your credit card statement. This is not our policy, this is the policy the credit card companies have asked us to relay to customers when asked how long does it take for the refund to show up on the card.

WHEN THE CUSTOMER SENDS BACK MERCHANDISE:
