We ship as soon as possible. 

In stock items ship same business day to next business day depending on the time of order.  Unfortunatley, PayPal orders are handled by the PayPal system and do not come in to our sytem as soon as the order is placed.  They take a few hours up to 1 day for PayPal to notify us of the order.  If you pay with PayPal and need something shipped overnight 2 day or 3 day, please call in after your order is placed to notify customer service of the order.

These are in stock with the manufacture and will ship to you within a week unless otherwise stated in the item description.  (For example, out of stock gloves that are hand made take 1-4 weeks to be make, depending on the season.)

THIS IS FOR THE USA ONLY DOMESTIC ADDRESS.

Non expedited, promotional low shippnig rate.  Order ships best way, or via the stated Smart Post. which is a parcial post, economy shipping.
Time in transit is an ESTIMATED (NOT GAURANTEED) Aprox. 5-16 business days from the date of shipping, NOT the date of the order.
This is the cheapest shipping we can offer, so if you need your order fast, this is not recommended.

WHAT IF I NEED IT SOONER?

Expedited shipping is available at the actual cost charged according to the total weight of the order and the destination address. Real time quote. Expedited services are USPS: Express mail, Overnight, 2 day and 3 day.  Priority mail and Ground are NOT expedited services.

ALL DELIVERY DATES ARE FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, NOT DATE OF ORDER.

MONDAY - FRIDAY pick up times. An order placed on Saturday and Sunday can not ship untill the next business day.  Holidays are not business days.

NOTE:
 Our system is not set up to charge your credit card once you hit " Submit your order." This means your card is not automatically charged when that order is placed. However, Your credit card will be charged within 1-8 hours of placing your order.
Once the invoice ID number is given to you ( or order # ) that invoice is sent to our secure processing center, where the order is checked for any errors in the order, shipping fees, or to verify correct shipping fees are being calculated before the credit card is charged.

OUR PROCESSING CENTER DOES NOT SEE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

If the order appears to be accurate, your credit card is charged.

 * BOOTS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE SECTION are the standard 2-4 day delivery from date of shipping with regular priority mail shipping. Express mail 1-2 days.

 :* COWBOY BOOTS LISTED as ships from the MFG or FACTORY DIRECT: will take 7-14 business days depending on your location for delivery to the customer.

 * ADULT CUSTOM BOOTS, EXOTIC BOOTS:in stock will ship direct via UPS only from MFG delivery 1-3 weeks.

 * PRE-ORDER BOOTS are listed as such and will state the amount of time the pre-order delivery date will be. (i.e: 60-90days from date of order)

When placing a credit card order, We must have the address the credit card goes to- entered in the BILL TO ADDRESS section. You may select another address for the SHIP TO as long as the BILL TO address is a match with the credit card company.
