    In stock items ship same business day to next business day depending on the time of order.

    These are in stock with the manufacture and will ship to you within 5-9 business days OR SOONER, unless otherwise stated in the item description. 

    (For example, gloves that are hand made take 6-8 weeks to be made, depending on the season.)

    Expedited shipping is available at the actual cost charged according to the total weight of the order and the destination address. Real time quote. Expedited services are USPS: Express mail, Overnight, 2 day and 3 day.

    Priority mail and UPS Ground are NOT expedited services.

    ALL DELIVERY DATES ARE FROM DATE OF SHIPPING, NOT DATE OF ORDER.

    MONDAY - FRIDAY pick up times. An order placed on Saturday and Sunday can not ship untill the next business day.  Holidays are not business days.

    GIFT SHIP-TO ADDRESS INFO:

    We are unable to gift wrap items or include greeting cards.

    SHIPPING TO ADDRESS OTHER THEN BILLING ADDRESS:
    When an item ships to another party, other then the card holder, WE NEVER INCLUDE PRICES.  We simply include exchange or return information and who the package is being sent from (the billing customer)

    When placing a credit card order, We must have the address the credit card goes to- entered in the BILL TO ADDRESS section. You may select another address for the SHIP TO as long as the BILL TO address is a match with the credit card company.

    please be aware, countries outside the UNITED STATES may charge custom fees or hold packages for extended periods of time.  The Wild Cowboy is not responsable for your shipment once it leaves the our warehouse.

  • Sales Tax

  • THE WILD COWBOY is located in the state of California. Therefore, any orders that are shipped to CALIFORNIA no matter what state you live in, are required by law to be charged the CALIFORNIA STATE Sales tax.
    If you live in California, and have your order ship to another state, there is no sales tax charged to your order, only when you ship to California.



  • Return Policy

  •  ~~~~~~CANCELATION POLICY~~~~~~~~

     Orders may be canceled before shipment if they have not already gone out to the warehouse for shipping with the following exceptions;

    • LARGE QUANTATY ORDERS [for example] 10 shirts one 1 order 
    • ALL ITEMS THAT ARE HAND MADE, where the product information states online, [for example], "This is a hand made item" have a 3 day from date of purchase cancelation time.  Our handmade items include; LEATHER GLOVES, GUN HOLSTERS, KIDS LEATHER FRINGE VEST.

    Because an item was put into production and made for an order, we can not cancel that order after 3 days of placing the order.

     ~~~~~~~~RETURN POLICY~~~~~~~~~

    HOLIDAY ORDERS ; Christmas and Easter

    We extend an extra 30 days from the date of the holiday within a 3 month period of the prior date your order was made or received.

    • New/ un-used condition. Returned in same condition received. 
    • SMASHED, BROKEN, DAMAGED BY THE CUSTOMER ITEMS VOIDS THE RETURN AND ANY REFUND.
    • LARGE QUANTATY ORDERS OR GROUP ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND. Those orders are for an exchange only.
    • You may return or exchange 30 days from the date you received the item, Simply call or email for the Return Address & RA info. 
    • All items must be assigned a RETURN AUTHORIZATION so we know who the return is from.  
    • Call or email customer serivice for the information via Phone, Mon-Fri. 9am-5pm Pacific time [760] 946-2822 or click on CONTACT US to send an email.
    • DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER.  DO NOT RETURN TO THE MANUFACTURE. The assigned RA # tells us who you are.
    • We often get packages back with a return address from a UPS store, so we do not know who the package belonged to credit or exchange, without the assigned RA #.  Thank you.
